A Vision to Create Something Different

Methur Care & Massage was founded on June 2, 2023, on Koh Samui, Surat Thani Province, Thailand, by Natthaya Watthanapong, an entrepreneur with a vision to create a distinctive wellness and beauty business that stands apart from conventional massage shops.

Recognizing that Koh Samui, like many other destinations across Thailand, offers a wide variety of massage services, Natthaya asked herself a simple but important question:

“How can we create a massage business that stands out and leaves a lasting impression on our customers?”

This question became the starting point for Methur Care & Massage, a brand built on the belief that massage should be more than just a way to relax. Our vision was to combine the traditional art of Thai massage with high-quality beauty and wellness treatments, creating a distinctive and memorable experience for every customer.

From Learning to Building Our Signature Identity

Before opening the business, Natthaya dedicated herself to studying and training in facial massage techniques, including both manual massage and facial care devices. She focused particularly on relaxation facial massage, lifting facial massage, and the traditional technique of gua sha facial massage.

Believing that exceptional service begins with skilled and dedicated professionals, she carefully selected experienced massage therapists to join her team. She also shared the techniques she had learned with her staff, helping them develop their skills and establish the distinctive service standards that define Methur Care & Massage.

Never Stop Learning. Never Stop Growing.

After opening the business, Natthaya continued to seek opportunities to improve the services and introduce new experiences for her customers.

She expanded her knowledge by studying Vietnamese Hair Spa techniques, including hair washing and head massage, as well as waxing and nail care. These additional skills allowed her to integrate beauty treatments with wellness services, creating a more comprehensive experience for customers.

What began as a small business driven by a clear vision gradually evolved into a destination for wellness, beauty, and relaxation, where customers could enjoy a variety of treatments in one place.

What Makes Methur Care & Massage Unique

Today, one of the signature services at Methur Care & Massage is our Lifting & Gua Sha Facial Massage.

This treatment combines hands-on facial massage techniques with the traditional art of gua sha. It is designed to help relax facial muscles, stimulate circulation, and promote a naturally refreshed appearance.

Beyond our signature facial treatments, we also offer traditional Thai massage, aromatherapy oil massage, head massage, and a variety of beauty treatments, allowing each customer to choose services that best suit their individual needs and preferences.

Our goal is to bring together professional skills, thoughtful care, and a welcoming atmosphere to create an experience that goes beyond an ordinary spa visit.
